Tracy Ruck began her career in dentistry over 22 years as a Dental Nurse.  After becoming a qualified and registered DSA, Tracy studied further and gained qualifications in dental radiography, oral health education and practice management.  She has continued to attend courses over the years to maintain and develop her knowledge and love of dentistry

Over the years, Tracy has gained experience in many areas of dental practice, from reception to nursing and practice management.  She has worked in NHS as well as Private Practice.  She ran her own oral health clinics at three different practices and gave many talks to local schools and clubs before taking on the role of Treatment Coordinator in a top Bristol cosmetic practice.

During that time, Tracy was exposed to many courses through the BACD and other continuing education programs.  She was introduced to many new concepts and, as a Treatment Coordinator, had extensive training with Bobbi Anthony and her Comprehensive Care Consulting Program.

Tracy now works with Bobbi Anthony as a Consultant teaching other practices how to develop the Treatment Coordinator role.  She has enjoyed training and working with Bobbi in the UK and America.  She is proficient at digital photography, computers and computer imaging.  Tracy is also a trainer for Envision-A-Smile Image Software. She has presented TC training courses as well as giving lectures at popular UK programs on Implants and Aesthetic Dentistry.  Tracy also writes articles on the subject of treatment coordinator.
