People don't make the best leaders…good intentions do.  It’s easier for team members to sell something they believe in and, it’s easier for them to sell for someone they believe in.  Setting and focusing on the right Intentions is an important part of clarifying purpose and developing Leadership.  Most business owners confuse management for leadership.
